1. License
Orange Lion Studios grants you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to install and use Battle Ocean for private entertainment on supported devices.
2. Restrictions
You may not sell, rent, sublicense or unlawfully copy the game; bypass security; distribute cheats; manipulate network traffic or results; or attempt to obtain source code except where mandatory law expressly permits it.
3. Online services
Multiplayer, progression, ranking, missions, seasons and account recovery require online services. The server is authoritative for battle state, rewards, virtual items and competitive results.
4. Test versions
Alpha and beta versions may contain defects and may change. Test progress may be reset before release when this is announced to testers. Test access does not create ownership of progress or virtual items.
5. Updates
Updates may be required to maintain security, compatibility, fair play or access. Unsupported versions may be prevented from connecting.
6. Ownership
All rights not expressly granted remain with Orange Lion Studios and its licensors.
7. Termination
This license ends when you materially breach it or when the service is lawfully discontinued. You must then stop using and remove the software, subject to applicable law.
8. Applicable rights
Mandatory consumer rights and the laws that must apply in your country remain unaffected.
