Permanent account deletion
Use this page if you no longer have the Battle Ocean app. Enter the e-mail address connected to your commander. We will send a six-digit verification code before anything is deleted.
Your login, commander profile, progression, balances, inventory, rewards, purchase-verification data and advertising-reward data will be permanently removed. Finished shared battle records may remain only in anonymised form so the other commander's history is not damaged.
If a battle is still active, surrender it in the app or wait for its server timer to finish before confirming deletion.
Verify your request
Enter the six-digit code sent to your account e-mail. The code expires after 15 minutes.
Account deleted
Your Battle Ocean account and associated personal data have been deleted. All active sessions have been revoked and the account cannot be restored.
